This fast, easy salad is disguised as a dessert! It screams summer but depending what's in season where you are, is scrumptious year-round.

  1. Brown 1/2 cup of pine nuts in a pan on the stove. This only takes a few minutes. Watch them carefully, they burn quick! Set aside.
  2. In a bowl mix:
    • 1 cup strawberries (sliced into quarters)
    • 2 clementine oranges
    • 1 cup blueberries
  3. Mix pine nuts with fruit,
  4. Drizzle all with honey.

Serves two. Pine-appetit!
