VILLA NALU
We have been lucky enough to stay at both Casa *and* Villa Nalu on separate occasions. Villa Nalu was such a lovely experience (see photos)—the space is beautifully decorated with a comfy bed, TV with Netflix, storage space, great work area / kitchen, and a bridge to a lovely patio with a little plunge pool that is bliss in the tropical heat. We could see so many stars at night!
Casa Nalu is larger (two stories) and equally delightful with its well-stocked kitchen, work / dining table, large, airy top floor bedroom and amazing, wrap-around patio with views, a perfectly-placed hammock, and soothing breezes. Our host, Rikki took incredible care of us, helping us sort details and lending island advice. We came away with such admiration for she and husband, Antonio’s artful approach to design and life. The casa and villa are on the island’s peaceful south end; the perfect locale for a quiet, restful stay away from the fray, ensconced in nature, with restaurants and little beaches within walking distance. Wonderful, five star experiences both times!
